What Services Do We Offer?

• Free face-to-face and telephone counselling to assist with gambling related problems and financial problems
• Assistance with depression, anxiety or other issues resulting from gambling
• Assistance with budgeting, and contacting banks or creditors 

Support can be accessed either face-to-face and or by phone. Referrals are not necessary, but please phone to make an appointment.

At The Mawson Club we are continuously making steps to make it as friendly, comfortable and safe as possible - in all aspects of the club. 

All of our staff are trained in the Responsible Conduct of Gaming and several staff members are qualified as Gambling Contact Officers, meaning they are specially trained to assist with sensitive gaming issues. If you feel you need help, or have any questions about problem gambling, please feel free to approach our staff with the confidence that all matters are handled with professionalism and privacy.
